This year Fraser Squadron has three cruises lined up for our members. These three locations have not been in the cruising grounds and were selected to offer a change of scenery to a squadron favourite pastime.

1st cruise

June 5-7 to Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast.

Moorage available at Fisherman’s Resort and Marina 4890 Pool Road, Garden Bay BC.

Please call 604-883-2336 to arrange for moorage. Please be sure to tell them that you are with Fraser Squadron so that we will all be in the same area.

The Pender Harbour Blues Festival will be on, two of the venues for the performances are at the Garden Bay Pub and at Henry’s Marina which are both close to the marina.

2nd Cruise

Nanoose Bay at the Schooner Cove Marina August 1-3 (yes it is the long weekend). Power and water hook ups are included in the moorage fee as well as washrooms and showers.

Golf club rental and a free shuttle to the Fairwinds Golf Club are included in all overnight moorage.

Please call 250-468-5364 to book moorage. It is a popular destination and a long weekend so book early so you are not disappointed.

3rd Cruise

September 8-12 to the San Juan Islands.

We will meet at Poet’s Cove on South Pender Island on the night of September 8 and travel together to the beautiful San Juan Islands. We will have a US meet up location soon for those that moor at Point Roberts. Details of anchorages and moorages are under development and will be posted to the web site as soon as available.

Please be sure though to call 250-629-2111 or 1-888-512-7638 to book your moorage for the night of Sept 8.

As this cruise is going into the US there are legal requirements for boaters, please be sure to know the requirements and check in port locations prior to leaving Canadian waters. General information will be posted soon on this site.
